We welcome abstract submissions for oral as well as poster contributions.
The Organizing Committee will try to accommodate as many requests as possible, according to the Workshop program.
Abstract preparation and submission
Please prepare your abstract in English by using this Microsoft Word template.
Each participant is allowed to submit only one scientific contribution per type as the presenting author, while there are no restrictions on the co-authorship.
The presenting author holds the responsibility for abstract submission and for informing the co-authors about the abstract status.
Please follow the instructions below to submit your abstract:
1) abstracts must be submitted as Microsoft Word files (.doc or .docx) or PDF (.pdf) files;
2) rename the file with the name of the presenting author (e.g. SurnameName_oral).
Important: Before submitting your abstract you first need to pre-register. If you are already registered, log in and access the personal page where you can upload your abstract.
Abstracts must be submitted not later than January 15th 2026.
All presenting authors must register for the Workshop not later than January 15th 2026.
Abstract acceptance will be notified by email to the presenting author by January 20th 2026.
Scientific communications
Oral presentations must be held in English.
The Contribute Talk presentations shall not exceed 15 minutes including Questions&Answers.
The Invited Speaker presentations shall not exceed 25 minutes including Questions&Answers.
Three poster sessions will be scheduled during the Workshop, providing ample opportunity for discussion and interaction among participants.

Widescreen (16:9) format is recommended. The presentation will be uploaded on a PC using the Microsoft Windows operating system available at the conference site. Please note that it will not be possible to use your own PC. Presentation files can be sent to wwmebrixen@gmail.com or transferred via USB at the conference site. We recommend to do it at the earliest convenience with respect to the scheduled time for the oral communication.
